ETSY + EBAY, ONE WORKFLOW

Every listing typed twice. Every sale updated twice. List once instead.

ListSync is the narrow sync tool for sellers on both Etsy and eBay: write the listing once, publish it to both marketplaces, and keep stock and price in sync — so a one-of-a-kind item can never sell twice.

1. Connect both shops

Sign in with Etsy and eBay once through their official OAuth flows. No passwords stored, no screen-scraping.

✏️

2. List once, publish twice

Write the title, description, photos, price and stock once — ListSync publishes to Etsy and to eBay, mapped to each marketplace's fields.

🔄

3. Stock and price stay in sync

A sale on either side updates stock on the other, and a price change propagates — so handmade and vintage sellers stop overselling one-offs.

WHY THIS IS BUILDABLE

Both sides have official, documented APIs for exactly this job.

Etsy Open API v3 covers listings and inventory (listings_w scope, OAuth 2.0). eBay's Sell Inventory API covers inventory items, offers, and publishing (createOffer → publish). ListSync is a thin, honest layer over those two APIs — not a scraper, not a re-listing bot.

Sources: Etsy Open API v3 documentation; eBay Developers Program, Sell Inventory API. One honest caveat: Etsy's commercial-access approval is a build-time dependency — if the waitlist validates, that application goes in first.
